Delta Pay FZ-LLC ('Delta Pay', 'we', 'us') is a payment processor registered in the United Arab Emirates. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal data when you visit our website, apply as a merchant or partner, or use our services.

We collect identifiers (name, email, phone, Telegram username), business data (company name, industry, monthly volume, country), technical data (IP address, device, browser, cookies), and transactional data as required to provide payment processing services.

We process personal data under one or more of the following lawful bases: (a) performance of a contract; (b) compliance with legal obligations, including AML/CFT regulation; (c) our legitimate interests; and (d) your consent, where required.
